A company, its beating heart and its thinking mind, obviously need energy.
Of the best possible kind, that is.
That is why we have equipped ourselves with a photovoltaic system that powers our production processes, currently supplying 65 percent of the energy needed, and which will see the completion of a project path that will bring total energy independence.
This process will allow us to return the energy consumed to the Environment, producing less impactful and cleaner energy.
New energy, and available again.

It's really true that they wash in the family first.
That's why we have made available to all our staff a quick collection and disposal service for WEEE waste and spent batteries, properly disposed of.
Because any change, must start with ourselves. And those around us. 

on paper and in reality

Of course, when it comes to recycled papers, one cannot rely solely on words, but it is necessary that concrete data guarantee and support the raw material and that of our "good intentions."
It is thus that all of our paper stocks are printed on Recytal Polyedra recycled paper, which is certified and produced from recycled paper and is fully recyclable, or on similar stocks that are certified to be recyclable and from recycled sources.

Paper sings, or rather, counts. More and more.
That is why this fantastic medium has become the main protagonist of much of our packaging, made from recycled and 100 percent recyclable paper, allowing us to considerably limit the use of plastics, in favor of the natural disposal cycle.

Our blister packs, "smart" packaging par excellence, are now made of PLA, the "non-plastic," plant-derived and fully compostable plastic.

Sometimes one makes a necessity, a virtue, and sometimes a stylistic choice can be dictated, not only by a need, but also and above all by an opportunity; and so it is that in order to insist on the same stretch of road undertaken, we have eliminated any kind of plasticization of packaging and paper supports, to favor, of course, their complete recyclability.

MP One squeezes an eye to the greatest possible sustainability, starting with the gel as one of the most eco-friendly fillers available, and ending with theelimination of the double bottle, jug and plastic scoop, summing it all up in a single container, assembled in a package made from 100 percent recycled paper and 100 percent recyclable.

Attention to details, to every little detail, is part of the change needed to chart new paths, including that ofeco-sustainability. This is how even toward packaging materials our attention has been directed, and this is how so-called "packaging chips," usually made of virgin polystyrene, are now in Etelec made of flo-pack, a material made of cornstarch, water and air, which is completely soluble in water.

Automated packaging lines enable our products to be organized, right up to the final shipping packaging, keeping faith with the maximum optimization of their relative dimensions; this has resulted in an appreciable reduction in the volume of cargo required for their transportation and a consequent reduction in the environmental impact of the transportation itself.

at the roots of sustainability

Together with Treedom, through OperationAdopt-a-Tree, we have decided to concretely plant the new roots of a new eco-sustainability and to allow our partners and customers to help us do so.
In Guatemala, Haiti, Ecuador, Kenya and Tanzania there will be a fruit tree that has our and your name on it, which can be cared for and followed at a distance until the formation of the Ethelec Forest.
A fundamental purpose with which to grow, along with business, new vital realities.

And because thinking big also requires measuring oneself first and foremost against the nearest needs, we have adopted an urban green space in the vicinity of our headquarters, upgrading it and equipping it with new benches and an internal micro-roadway to allow for small and pleasant walks.
We take weekly care of this area, which, after years of neglect and degradation, is now livable and usable again.

And, speaking of little dreams come true, for us, respect and love for nature are concepts that start way back, even from the very first steps, right from the garden that has adorned and adorns the heart of our production site, between the offices, the production area and the warehouses, and which, to follow, we are pleased to share with you.
