The Organization and Management Model

Etelec Italia S.p.A. Benefit Company has adopted its Organization, Management and Control Model, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231 of June 8, 2001 by resolution of the Board of Directors on Oct. 14, 2024, and is implementing a series of activities aimed at fulfilling the same.

Through the MOG, Etelec Italia S.p.A. Società Benefit intends, in short, to affirm and spread a business culture based:
- on legality, transparency, ethicality, fairness and respect for the rules, reaffirming that, consistently with the strict principles adopted by it, no unlawful behavior can be considered allowed, even if committed in the interest or to the advantage of the company;
- on the control of every phase of the decision-making and operational processes of the company's business in full awareness of the risks arising from the possible commission of crimes.

These purposes are embodied in a coherent system of principles, organizational, management and control procedures that give rise to the MOG prepared and adopted by the Company. All reports of misconduct, transmitted to the Supervisory Board, are guaranteed confidentiality, without prejudice to legal obligations.
